Since taking office as Executive Director in August 2014, I have come to appreciate, more than ever, the scope of work done by the employees of Valoris, to the greater benefit of the Prescott-Russell population. We are at the service of the residents of our community, and our daily actions are guided by our strategic plan, which is carefully designed to efficiently meet their needs. I invite you to take a closer look at our 2018-2021 strategic plan.
Our organization strives to fulfill its service mission and continues to work towards achieving its vision. In order to achieve this, we rely on professional employees who offer quality services to the communities of Prescott-Russell based on our five service mandates. In recent years, we have adopted approaches and intervention tools that allow us to quantify and confirm the quality of services offered to the population of Prescott-Russell. We will continue to use this approach in the coming years, always striving for continuous improvement of our services.
