We need the help of our community to promote the COVID-19 vaccine in an effort to continue curbing the number of COVID-19 infections and return to a normal life as quickly as possible.

Anyone interested in receiving the COVID-19 vaccine can call the provincial vaccination appointment line at 1-833-943-3900. You can also book an appointment through the Government of Ontario's COVID-19 vaccine appointment scheduling webpage. The Eastern Ontario Health Unit also offers walk-in appointments during vaccination clinics. If you present to a COVID-19 vaccination clinic without having an appointment, simply provide the name of the community partner who referred you to the clinic and show proof of residency from either the United Counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry; Prescott-Russell; the City of Cornwall or Akwesasne. You can also join the EOHU COVID-19 waiting list and get vaccinated if there are any vaccines left at the end of a clinic. People headed to a vaccination clinic in the EOHU area without an appointment must show proof of residency demonstrating they live in the United Counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry, Prescott-Russell, the City of Cornwall or Akwesasne.

If you have any questions about the COVID-19 vaccine, please contact the EOHU at 1 800 267-7120.

Together, we can keep our community safe.
