For youth who experience anxiety related to adolescence, peer pressure, friendship challenges and stressful events.
This targeted prevention program helps youth build resilience.
Youth will also be given tools to build and maintain positive relationships by working on their self-confidence, communication skills and conflict resolution.
On Mondays, from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
From April 11 to June 6, 2022
- Maximum of 8 participants.
- Light meal will be provided.
- To participate in this program, you must have a referral from your assigned worker, teacher or school principal.
