This group will take place on Tuesdays evening from May 6, 2025, until June 10, 2025 (6 sessions).
Adventure in Nature: a 6-week program that offers youth aged 13 to 20 the opportunity to get together and forge friendships, while exploring nature, outdoor activities, mental well-being, mindfulness and much more. The youth will have the opportunity to spend time outdoors doing fun activities while discovering the benefits of connecting with nature and with themselves.
Group participation is free, and a light lunch is included.
